On Line Registration Form
Please enter the Date(s), Name of
Class or Seminar and cost (if any) for the class or seminar you would like to
register for. Next, enter your personal information along with with any comments
or questions and finally, "Click" the Submit Registration button at the bottom of
the page.
NOTE: Some classes and
seminars require payment in advance, so after you have submitted your on-line
registration you will receive a confirmation of your on-line registration and
information on how to mail your check.
